At Olavarrieta, every piece begins long before it is made. It begins with what is found: materials shaped by time, places, and history. Our jewelry is not defined by luxury, but by intention reflected in the way each element is chosen, in the balance of textures, and in the time devoted to its creation.

We work with natural and reclaimed materials sourced from different parts of the world, often limited and rare. Because of this, most pieces exist in small editions, each one carrying a story that cannot be repeated.

MEET THE DESIGNER

Since childhood, jewelry has been a way of discovering the world. I remember the excitement of finding unique pieces bold, colorful, unexpected capable of transforming even the simplest look. Over time, traveling became a constant search for treasures. Markets, streets, places full of history where, alongside my mother, I looked for what could not be repeated.

Among everything I found, Moroccan jewelry left a lasting impression. The way coins were transformed into pieces full of character, each carrying its own story, changed how I saw jewelry. I began collecting coins from every place I visited, not as souvenirs, but as something I could one day wear.

That instinct to transform what is found into something of my own became the beginning. That is how Olavarrieta was born.
