1. Payment Methods

Payments can be made through PayPal, including credit and debit cards.

2. Orders, cancellations & returns

Once a purchase has been completed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed. For specific inquiries, please contact contacto@olavarrietajewelry.com.

If a return is requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Returns must be exchanged for another product of equal value, or the difference must be paid if the new item has a higher price.

3. Shipping

All orders (local and national) are shipped via courier service to your address.

  • Free shipping within Mexico on orders over $1,500 MXN
  • Orders below this amount will be charged shipping based on FedEx rates
  • International shipping rates are calculated according to courier standards at the time of purchase

4. Delivery times

Delivery time is up to 8 business days. Delays may occur due to the courier service. The company will monitor shipments to ensure delivery, but is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond its control.

5. Package condition

Customers should only accept packages that are sealed and intact. If not, the package must be rejected and reported to contacto@olavarrieta.com.

6. Incorrect or damaged orders

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact contacto@olavarrieta.com immediately upon receipt. Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange or return.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to availability. Codes used outside their validity period will not be applied.

8. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Availability

All products available on olavarrietajewelry.com are subject to stock availability. Delivery times may vary accordingly without prior notice.

10. Packaging & duties

All products are packaged at no additional cost. Any customs duties or import taxes must be covered by the customer.

11. Invoicing

Invoices cannot be issued for purchases made outside the current month.

If an invoice is required, it must be requested at contacto@olavarrietajewelry.com, including:

  • Order number
  • Full name or business name
  • Tax ID (RFC)
  • Full fiscal address

This request must be submitted within the same month of purchase and at least 5 days before the end of the calendar month.

17. Delivery responsibility

Our priority is that customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. While we provide support during shipment, the brand is not responsible for delays caused by courier logistics or incomplete address details.

If a package is returned to origin according to FedEx protocols, a new shipment will be arranged, but the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
