Refund policy
Once a purchase has been completed, cancellations and returns (products or monetary refunds) cannot be made prior to shipment. For specific inquiries, please contact contacto@olavarrietajewelry.com.
Refunds can only be processed after the merchandise has been received. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you may request a full refund within a period of no more than 3 days after receiving the package. Olavarrieta will cover the shipping costs associated with this issue.
To request a refund, please contact us directly at contacto@olavarrietajewelry.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you do not file claims directly with payment providers (such as FedEx or Openpay), as this may delay the process.
Each refund or return case is handled individually, so it must be managed directly with our team to ensure a smooth process. The estimated response time is between 5 to 8 days.
If a return is requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Returns must be exchanged for another product of equal value, or the difference must be paid if the new item has a higher price.
