Shipping policy

 

Free shipping within Mexico on orders over $1,500 MXN.
Free shipping to the USA on orders over $200 USD.

All orders are shipped via FedEx (except in countries where coverage is not available).

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The first shipping update may appear within 5 to 7 business days after your order is placed.

If you require express shipping, you may request it by contacting ventas@olavarrietajewelry.com or through Shopify Inbox. You can also track your order directly at www.fedex.com.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. We do not ship to PO Box addresses; a complete residential or business address is required.

Customs duties and import taxes must be covered by the customer. Olavarrieta does not issue refunds for these charges. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Your shipping address must include: street, exterior and interior number, neighborhood, postal code, city, state, phone number, and email. If your address is incomplete, we will contact you to request the missing details; however, this may cause delays, even with express shipping.
