ENVÍOS EN MÉXICO

Ofrecemos envío estándar gratuito a todo México en compras superiores a $2,999 MXN.

Tarifas de envío

  • Envío Nacional Estándar: $200 MXN
    (Aplicable a compras menores a $2,999 MXN.)
  • Envío Nacional Express: $300 MXN.

Procesamiento y entrega

Los pedidos se procesan y envían de lunes a viernes, de 11:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m. (UTC/GMT -6), excluyendo días festivos.

Los pedidos son procesados dentro de 1 a 2 días hábiles. 

Una vez que tu pedido haya sido enviado, recibirás una confirmación por correo electrónico con la información de seguimiento.

Información de envío

Para garantizar una entrega correcta, es necesario proporcionar una dirección residencial o comercial completa que incluya:

  • Nombre completo
  • Calle y número exterior e interior
  • Colonia
  • Ciudad
  • Estado
  • Código postal
  • Teléfono móvil
  • Correo electrónico

No realizamos envíos a apartados postales (P.O. Boxes).

Olavarrieta no se hace responsable por retrasos ocasionados directamente por la empresa de mensajería. Sin embargo, nuestro equipo estará disponible para ayudarte a dar seguimiento a tu envío y resolver cualquier incidencia en la medida de nuestras posibilidades.

Una vez que el paquete haya sido entregado a la empresa de mensajería, los tiempos de tránsito y entrega dependen directamente del transportista.

We ship Olavarrieta Jewelry internationally, so you can wear and collect our pieces wherever you are in the world.

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: on orders over $399 USD
  • US Standard Shipping: $30 USD

Rest of the World

  • Standard International Shipping: $40 USD

If you require international express shipping, please contact us at contacto@olavarrieta.com before placing your order so we can provide you with an express shipping quote based on your destination.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (UTC/GMT -6), excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping service selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the order, when applicable. Olavarrieta does not have control over these charges or the customs clearance process.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding applicable duties, taxes, and import regulations in your country.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary during promotional periods, launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Olavarrieta is not responsible for delays caused directly by the carrier or customs authorities. However, our team will be happy to assist you in tracking your shipment and provide support throughout the delivery process whenever possible.
